Lindsey Burke

Lindsey has been a Trainer at Gyrotonic Seattle since 2004. Hoping to strengthen her ballet technique and rehabilitate a hip injury, she began her Gyrotonic training in 2001 under the guidance of Magali Messac. She experienced such positive results in her overall strength and flexibility that she has been a passionate advocate of the Gyrotonic work ever since. Lindsey believes that a journey in the Gyrotonic method leads to a fluid and exciting exploration of movement and to new discoveries that positively impact health and well-being. She earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington in Applied Anatomy and Body Perception in 2007 and continues to learn from the rich community that surrounds her, her teachers, colleagues and most of all her clients. Lindsey enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels and continues to be fascinated by the human body and spirit.
